Now York, April 13. • j Tho fire which devastated a square'mileof Chelsea (a suburb -of Boston), destroying over 400 big buildings,, including thirteen churches, Btarted in a rag-pioker's shop. Ten thousand persons have been rendered homeless. Four; deaths occurred, in addition to one. previously reported. Tho damage caused by the fire is 1 estimated at two millions sterling.
