EXHIBITION SCHOLAR. The first business was tho citation of tho Exhibition Science Research. Scholar for tho year. The examiners in England had-.bsen unablo to dccirlq between the two candidates —Mr. A. M. Finlayson, M.Sc., of Dunidin, and Mr. D. E. Hansen, B.Sc., of .Auckland. After a lengthy discussion it was resolved, that tho scholarship bo awarded to Mr. Finlayson. THE DEGREES.
