A number of deputations were received oil matters of local interest. The Primo Minister said he did not see that any advantago would accruo from the establishment of nil''experimental nursery near Clyde, and declined to give free carriage 011 tho railway to goods' used for mininpr. _ Tho party was entertained nt a social in the evening, when addresses of a non-party colour were givon by membors of Parliament.
