Warrimoo for Sydney, had a lucky escape from serious accident just prior to the cfeparturo of the vessel on Saturday evening. Ho fell down No. 2 hold, but fortunately alighted on a heap of empty sacks. He was apparently none tho worse for tho fall. A married man, named Michael Scanlon, who resides on Grant Road, sustained a fracture of the loft leg on Saturday afternoon, through slipping on tho kerbing whilst returning from work.
