' The annual races of the Wellington Polo Club will be held oil the .Miramar Racecourse on Saturday afternoon. An excellent afternoon's sport will bo provided. The programme includes the Polo Cup, Polo Hurdles, and several other raceSj and some first-class ponies will bo competing ill the events.; A special tram_ service has been arranged, so that, in addition to the. ordinary tramsy cars will lca'vo Courtenav Place at frequent, intervals from 12.30 p• m. Rookmakers desirous of doing business-at the meeting arc notified'in this issue , that they must apply for licenses on the Miramar. course some time before noon on Saturday.
