' CRUSHED BY A BOULDER. (by telegraph—press association.) . ' . Christchuroh, April 1. A sad accident occurred at Lo Bon's Bay on Sunday morning. Mr. Donald M'Kay and his son, Albert Donald, a boy nearly seven years of age, were in a paddock, when the boy attempted to climb over some rocks, and a largo boulder gave way arid rolled on to , tho boy, pinning him to the ground. With difficulty, his father and Mr. Thomas Mould, a . neighbour, released the boy, who was at once taken to Akaroa Hospital. His injuries were found to he' severe, and ha . died'early on Monday morning. An inquest w,as held in tlie afternoon, bo- , fore Mr. G.
