At tho Supreme Court on Saturday : Mr/ Justice Cooper delivered judgment in the case of William Hood and others v. the Lovin- Co-operative Dairy Company. In this oaso plaintiffs ; applied'' 'for the annulment of tho election' of 1 Jolm ; Davies and Basil ft Gardener as directors of tho defendant company; and for a mandamus ordering the company to proceed with a fresh election-of directors. His Honour gave judgment for defendant with one set of costs, assessed at £36 lis. r— I I
