Parr, related the stops leading up -to. tho issue of tho. writ on tho .Company in tho shape of penalties for not having adhered to tho'terms of tho deed-.of delegation. In that morning's paper, ho noticed that -an attack had been made on the' Council in reference to this matter by -tho Mayor of Parnoll. rlo had read'tho remarks with.no little astonishmont.
