Tho-stcamor. Sangola, which arrived from ilndia on tho 18th inst., with 1150 coolies, was driven ashore, with largo lightors, loaded with Indian cargo, alongside. She was subsequently refloated.
Many small craft .were wrecked. Tho M-arama, bound ■ for Vanoouvor, was detained, but departed at 6 a.m.
