Mr. Justice Edwards yesterday heard argument relative'to the settling, of tho order granting an injunction restraining Arini Donnelly .and others (defendants) from allowing their.ist-ock to trespass upon No. 3a No. G, Waimaraina, Hawko's Bay, of', which the Court had found that Gcrtrudo Ellen Meinortziiagen (plaintiff) was entitled as agajnst defendants, at, least to exclusive possession. . Mr. .'M. Chapman,'.-K.O. ■ (with him Mr. C. IS. Mori son) appeared for the plaintiff, and Messrfc.'Skerrott and Bell. lv.C.'s (with them Mr. Lowis, of Hastings), for tho defendants. : v
