This afternoon at . 2.30 o'clock at tho Exehango Land Mart, of Messrs. Macdonald Wilson, and' Company, that' firm will hold an auction salo of special interest to those in search of suburban sections of a larger area than usually obtains in the suburbs. Tho balance of sections comprise JB, which range in area from a quarter-acre to fivo acres each. They are 'described as sections of the best kind, and situate immediately opposite the I'orirua Railway Station. The whole of tho streets are stated to be formed and metalled; and taken over by tho County Council. Tho terms if sale are JO per cent, deposit, 10 per cent, in three and twelve months, and tho balance infiv? 'years, interest at p par ccnt.
