Mr. Oathie (Cathie and Sons) explained that treat inconvenience waa caused by tho carelessness of the tailorcasos in this respect.. Respondent .admitted- the fact, and said, she was a member'of the ' Union The President said that as; the caso was tho first of the kind, a fine, of ss. only! would bo inflicted, but workers must recognise their obligations ; equally with employers. Mr Cathio .informed tho Court that his firm would'pay. tho fine.
