Under the auspices, of the Wellington Pipe Band and Dancers'- Club; a successful concert was held in the Concert Chamber,- Town Hall, .last evening. ; The entertainment' was very well patronised,'and the. proceeds should form -a substantial contribution to the tuna whicn is being collected towards the cost of sixteen, pipers' full-dress uniforms.'
