IN CHAMBERS. His Honour Mr. Justice Edwards hold a sitting in Chambers yesterday morning. Probato of tho will of Francis George Tullv, of Greytown, farmer (deceased), was granted on the motion of Messrs. Munscll and Hart,. , Letters of administration in the estates, of the following deceased persons wero granted: —Hugh M'Gregor, of Winton, Otago, labourer (Public Trustee); Thomas Graham, of Outram, ' Otago, polico constable (Public Trustee); Fools'On, of Wellington, storekeeper (Messrs. Brandon, Hislop, and Johnston) ; Robert Henderson, of Oliakea, near Landon, creamery manager (Mr. A. Guy, of Palmerston North). ■ An order, as prayed, was mado on a motion by Messrs. Brown and Dean that lands in tho estato of Mary Pitts Brown, of Wellington, deceased, bo vested in tho two executors, Edward Balcombe Brown and Charles Walter Brown.
