The Zakka Khel raids on the Peshawar and' Ivohat frontiers go to show, says tho " Pio-, ncer," how a comparatively.:.small seotion of. a tribe can dominato " the "rest,' if,' they are' only resolute enough. ; t The Zakkas live, mostly in the Bazar valley,; and - them 'and; tlie.
