The King has authorised n momorial service, in connection with Lord Linlithgow's death, for Thursday at the ChapelS Royal, St. James's I'alaco. Senator Walker will represent tho Commonwealth. Captain Collins, who will attend the funeral in Scotland, has sent a wreath on bolialf of tho Commonwealth.
