, An auction sale of special interest to those .ill' sea veil of suburban sections of a larger .area than usually obtains in the suburbs is 'announced by advertisement' by Messrs. Macdonald, Wilson and Co., who will submit tho .lmlanco of 43 sections in the township of Hast J?orirua on Wednesday, March 38, at their 'Exchaiigo Laud Mart, at- 2.30 •'o'clock. The sections range in area from a quartor-acro to five acres each, and are,described as sections ; of tho best kind, aud situate iminofiiatoly opposite the I'orirua Railway Station. Tho .whole of the streets are stated to bo formed and metalled and taken over by tho County Council. The terms of sale are'lo per cent, 'deposit, 10 per cent, in threo and twelve 'month's, with the balanco in • five years, interest at 5 per.cent. .Lithographic plans will : bo 'forwarded to any . address, or can bo obtained on application to tho auctioneers. ' The Atlantic Refining Co., 3 Hunter Street 'elsewhere aniiounco that they are sole agenls for elastic carbon paint, the new wither, water, and fireproof variety, which the makers guarantee for five years.
