Palmerston North, February 27. , William Fogivell-passed through Palmerston to-day,, en route, for Wellington, where he joins the s'.s.- Moeraki 'for his return voyage to- Australia...•••lnterviewed', by'- a representative of the "Manawatu Times,". Fogwell stated; -that, he would probably return to New Zealand in about: a month's time and take up his 'residence at' Wanganui; i- He will train Arnst • for his: match with Webb, but will not definitely decide on challenging the winner until later on. Fogwell states positively that Arnst will- row as a Now Zealaiider, and not, as has, been stated, as an Australian.
