COURSING.
: A'-well-attended meeting of the Hutt Va! ley. Coursing Club was hold last evening at tho New Zealander Hotel,' Mr. J. Fitzgerald presiding. 'Tho'chairman reported that, tho ground' at Trcntham,pleased by the club, was now practically- ready for coursing,, and application had been made to .the New Zealand Coursing Association ifor permission to hold a mooting ok April 18 and 20. There was reason to hope that tlie application would-be granted. ; As the result of a Mr.' J. Loptlell, ITawke's Bay'/: was elected judge for the next coursing meetirijr. .
