The entries for. the Bush Districts show, whioli is to bo held at .Woodvillo to-morrow, have been affected, by the season and were very slow at' first in coming in.' " However, it now. appears that; although tho show will not bo a: Very large one, it will bo-a very fairly representative one of thio different breeds of animals, and some very good stock may be expected at it. The competitions have been very well filled, and'those who liko to, see the horses going over tho hurdles will havo. a capital afternoon's amusomcnt. Tho newly introduced competition 1 for gentleman's driving has; caught on very' well, eight' entrios .having been received for it. ; A now division has' been added this yoar in tho 'shape of 1 a school children's work, and it has been freely taken up, schools from Makairo and Ballaiice to Dannevirko ftnd Palmerston North haying furnished competitors. The entries for,this .section number about 140. There promises to bora fair, number of amusements Oh the ground's and the catering, etc., is said to be ia capital hands. 1 ■
