Yesterday afternoon Detectives-Rawlo and Lewis arrested a,young man named Louis Edmund Heckscher, nineteen years of ago, on'a cliargo of 'theft of-£lO 19s.' sd. from Messrs. Chambers and Sons, engineers and importers, Joryois Quay. Heckscher was employed by the firm'as V clerk. ' ; .
