(3) That tho following.committee, be appointed to attend to-rill matters of detail in obtaining the best information bearing, upon ■ the question at issue, and taking any'needs-' . sary action iii respect to .the same ;—ChiefDetective M'Grath, Detective Broberg, Sergoaiit Dart, Sergeant'M'Guiro,; Constables Stowart, Bailey and Gallagher.; ( ': ' (4) That wo apply for information in ro : gard to the method of taking tho;ballot, and as to who is to bo scrutineer or returning ofli- ' cor in counting votes and deciding as to whether any votes are informal. •
