The whole of the Servian Press demands the construction of a railway across the Balkan States from t)ie lliver Danube to the Adriatic Sea, via Servia. Tho Press unanimously protests against the concession secured by Austria from Turkey for a railway to Novibazar, allegiug that it is a mere disguise to secure German predominance) at tho expense of tho Slavs.
