Sho left Sydney on Saturday week, last, and up to last Thursday encountered the heavy easterly gale was raging in the Tasman Sea, near the J\ew. South AVales Coast. Heavy seas swept over tho Hercules, which, on account of her deep loading, made her dive liko a fish. Captain Hormaia reports that little damage of any consequcnce resulted during the gale.
