Germany has courteously informed France, that both Sultanß of Morocco (Abdiil Aziz and Mulai Hafid) havo appealed for Germany's intervention....... Abdul Aziz has denied this. It is supposed that a very zealous Moorish partisan appoaled to Gormany on his. behalf.
