Tho steamer Windsor, from Frcmantlo to Hongkong,, was wrecked on Sunday night west of Pelsart Island, one of. the Abrolhos Group, off the coast of Brazil. , . Her bottom was smashed in. .Six whites and, fourteen Chincso landed. Tho chief engineer (Mr. Jenkins) was dashed on to a rocf and killed. ' \ ■ . The remainder of tho crew refused to leavo the vessel,- and are safe there unless bad weather comes on. Assistance has been sent. Tho vessel is insured for'£2o,ooo.
