Sub-Inspector O'Donovan stated that defendant was only, arrested at : 9 p.m. on Monday, and tho police wore uot prepared' to go on with tho. case at onco. He asked for a re-, maud until February 12. The remand was granted. INSOBRIETY. _ John Hrdo was convicted and fined 20s;, in default, seven days' imprisonment, for insobriety. . "
