The Lord Chancellor (Lord Lorebuni) was satisfied that Lord Curzon of Kedleston was entitled to sit as a representative Peer in the House of Lords. , : Lord Curzou was accordingly sworn, and took bis scat on the front Opposition bench.. The Irish Peerß elected Lord Curzon as representative Peer to sit in tho House of Lords. The question then arose whether Lord CnrV,ou is entitled to the seat, inasmuch as ho technically failed to establish his right to j vote at an election of representative peers. ! This question has been decided in Lord C virion's. favour. ■ . . i .
