Jobbin applied to convert the lease of seotion part 2 of 11, block 1, Liriraukaiva, to a freehold in terms of Scction 2 of tho Land Laws Act Amendment Act, 1907. It was resolved to appoint Mr. H. Conditions to bo observed were outlined. 11. was resolved to approve of tho lease of the Castlepoint land reserve for sevou years nt the upset rental of .425 per annum. •Two renewals of grazing runs at Pohongina were grautcd for further periods of 21 years. Permission to cut flax on the Matakawa : block was granted to Air. J.
