Our stock of: linoleums is as artistic and varied as our _ carpet stock. The virtues of tho inlaid tile pattern are well known. Theso do not show-! dust marks, and they wear evenly till . the last, because eaoh colour is stamped right through to tho back. They are more expensive than the painted linoleums, ..but ' are . much mora artistic, and in their durability well'worth the extra money.'' Other linoleums iin which the colour is'stamped right "through arc tho Oriental ones; v _'and : the-parquetry. The Oriental, are made ■in' , 'iao'rich -colours, and tho designs Tiirkey"dsrpets,::and ,would do admirably for smoking-rooms "or diningrooms. These we canTSUpply at ss. 6d. and tis. 6d, a squaro yard. 'There are also linpJoutns in very handsoms Art designs at ■)>. 3d., ss. Gd., and 6s. 6d; per squaro yard. t rr r - Then wo have inldid linoleums in a sort of softened effect, not. .clearly cut liko the familiar ttle designs.^ 1 And a now lino is tho plain matting effect in a cheaper ..which t we jsfock in red, cream, and gi-een. l - Uho latest idea in linoleums is tho parquetry flooring. Theso aro in imitation of oak parquetry flooring, really an admirable imitation. They aro specially adapted' for halls and dining-irooms, butin a drawingroom, with an Oriental carpet square in tho centre, they would look .very effective, and would set off the rich' cdlßilrs of the carpet. Yet another linoleum-like " floor" covering is the cork carpet,, which is most suitable' for bedrooms, as it is not cold to the feet liko ordinary linoleum, and, as a matter of fact, it is made of 6ome preparation of cork. The plain Tc'ork carpet, sin shades of green and red, and .dark blue, is very suitable for offices,: especially if there were a carpet square in the centre. . We have this plain at 35. ; 3d.; : 45. '3d., and ss. 3d. per yard, and,,-in , art designs at 4s. per yard. CURTAI..j. If you want curtains, yon probably want casement curtains, as those 1 are-more-used' now than anything.'olse, quaint and. "prettv little curtains hanging from top to bottom of tho window pane'.::/Wo havo a very good rango of casemont cloths. Wo have plain silky cloth, a double width material of 52m. width, at ss. 3d. a yard. Stencilled cream cloth, of -the same width, from-'-2s. 9d. to ss. 9d. a yard.
