POSITION OF BOOKMAKERS.

REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION TO' RACECOURSES. / (ivr Tri,r.GHArn—jhess association.) ■ ■ Christciiurcil, Januarv 27: The following regulations for 'tho admission of bookmakers to'racecourses. lmre been, sanctioned by the Racing Conference, and aTO rccommcndcd to , all ,totalisator. clubs:—. I.
