Lloyd-Goorgo, President of tho Board of Trade, speaking (it Cardiff, said there were a few indications tlmt the ebb-tide of trade prosperity was beginning. Basing his opinion on the Board of Trndo's investigations, lie said he believed depression for the nest year or two will be shallow. It had started in America and Germany, and there was a fooling that England's turn was coming.
