The money will be .spent chieflv "on; roofing-the sheep and cattle pens, anil flooring them with concrete. Additional holding pens will.also be constructed, and an electric-storage battery will be installed' .for lighting purposes, and incidentally for supplying the power for tho hoists. The tepid swimming bath is to be finished in February. -Tho total cost,'including full equipment of bathing towels, costumes, etc., will be w£6ooo. The swimming pool will be 100 feet, long by 36 feet wido, and tlie water will, be warmed by exhaust steam from .the, destructor. t Tho municipal authorities are also constructing underground sanitary conveniences at three points in the busiest parts of the city. The Exhibition organ, which was presented to the city,, is being eroctfd ■in His Majesty's Theatre,/and considerable additions .are being made to it. -
