The contest at Te Aro Baths lost night between team* representing the Swifts and the Y.MX'.A- resulted in an easy win for the former by twelve goals to nil. Freyburg fecured five goals, AVilmott three, and Lynch two.' , The teams were as follow: Swifts—Froybure, P. Moore, Moore, Wilmott, Fordhom, Wilmott, and Wilton- Y.M.O.A.—Hanna, Char, ters, Baker, Goodman, MacPherson, Bennett, and Campbell. 1 Think of the dull, (lull lives led by the great mass of on r girls in the respectable, ulasses, especially those who liavo nothing to do, v and most particularly such as feel their, youth beginning to slip away from them.
