Mr. Andrew Collins informs mo thst lie Will, within threo weeks, commence to organise farm labourers along this coast. Asked ns to where the campaign would commence, ho declined to state, as ho was anxious to "J>cn out in'the locality where ho was likely to;have the largest meeting of labourers. He stated that in a ' locality not fifteen miles Irom J almerston fifty labourers had intimated that thoy were trilling to meet him.
