C. B. Ward, the. retiring president. Mr. Goldio , said he was a Primitive Methodist by the accident of teaching in a v Sunday. School .of that denomination in Auckland ■ forty-five years .ago. Tho Rev.'-' C. E. Ward;- the retiring president, was presented with a liandsomo Biblo in honour-of being the president of the Conference daring the'centenary.'year.
