H ATAITAI. The opening of Win. 11. Turnbull anil Co.'s new auction rooms, No. 5 Panama Street, today, will be celebrated by the auction of 175 residential ami business sites at Hataitai. The terms are described as exceptionally easy, and for this special prices havo been made, until the figures are absolutely at bedrock.
