Since Decombor 13, 2260 deaths have occurred in Hoiaz (the Arabic coast of tho northern half of t]io Red Sep, including Mecca and Mediua). Fivo deaths are also reported from Cojistantiuoplo. Some idea of the extent of the ravages .of cholera in Asia and in Eastern Europe maybe formed from the statistics of - the ItusMan Empire from July 16 to October 15. In that period 8299 eases of cholera were notified, of which ,3095 terminated fatally..
