Sir Jaines'.Mills, Hanaging Director of the Union Company, confirms the statement as to the two years' contract, and' cannot' understand yesterday s Ottawa advice as to the Union Company - "declining the previous terms, etc. borne minor conditions are under negotiation, hut arc not likely to upset'the agreement. .
