The neck '-.was- cut out"in : a. graceful curved line •' from ■ the shoulders to'a deep-rounJed point in front, and. a half-vest .of chiffon plaited crosswise inserted. This'brought'one of the diamond points just bolow, completing, a pretty conventional .design, in , front. .
