He presented himself to for. Bakewell on Wednesday morning,.. having then lasted 1)6 fours. The doctor ; did not think ho was fit to undertake any further fast, but he persevered until yesterday at 10 o'clock, when he again saw Dr. Bakewell, and expressed his intention of giving up the fast that day. Dr. Bakewell examined his blood under the microscope, and found it in an extraordinary condition, unexampled iu his experience. i
