A RUSSIAN INCIDENT. BT TEl.EOßArn—rittSS ASSOCIATION—COrTRIQHT, St. Petersburg, January 10. Torrorist3 placcd a bomb under a postal van at tho Solokoff station, on the Vistula Railway. Tho bomb oxplodcd and killod two soldiers bolonging to an escort. It also wounded tho drivor, four officials, and fivo soldiers. The Terrorists then robbed the van, and escaped. At Tifiis, in June last, robbors oxplodcd a bomb in tho street, killing several people in order to cover tho robbery of .£34,000 from a Treasury van.
