' , There is a little town in Gormaiiy about a quarter the size of Wellington, a little town l.fing in a narrow- valley shut in by.mountains, Mvhore a tiny child roaming from cottage to cottage would fancy himself in Fairyland. In one house he. would find tiny toy lambs standing on tables and shelves and heaped into baskets, more lambs that ho could manage to play with in a year. In another lie would find a room full of little Santa Clauses; a third would be full of little brown cows, • with curly horns, and in the fourth there would be enough small horses for a small army. What a delightful place for a child, and how little girls would love to pass through one cottage after another and find in each of them several girls busily
