Pottibono, one of -tho members of 'the committee of the Western Federation Miners, for tho murder of Frank Steunenberg, formerly Governor of Idaho, resulted in an acquittal. ' Haywood, Moyer,. and Pettibono, three officials of the Western Miners' Federation, wore .charged with complicity in the murder of Governor Steunonbere, the actual murderer being one Orchard. The acquittal of Haywood some little time ago was considered to indicate the escape of all three. Orchard' declared that the murder of. Mr;. Stounenborg was ordered by Haywood, Moyer, and Pettibone, who discussed with him tho method' of using tho bomb., .' ' ■„
