Mr. Larko, Commissioner for Canada, has received a resolution passed by the Board of Trade af British Columbia, respecting the obtaining of fuller information for Canadian newspapers from other portions of the Empiro. Ono clause sets forth tho desirableness of an arrangement with the other Governments concerned in and responsible for the deficit on tho working of tho Pacific cable, whereby that lino may bo used, at certain periods of the day when commercial business does not offer, for tho free transmission of Press despatches between Canada, 'Australia, and Now Zealand.
