Ex-members of tho Duma pleadal not guilty to tho charge of inciting tho population, through tho Viborg manifesto, to disobedience and resistance of tho law by not paying taxes, and refusing to furnish recruits for tho army. While admitting collective responsibility for tho Viborg manifesto, thoy declared that it did not exceed constitutional limits.
