In the follow-on they wero all dismissed for 571 Wadestown defeated Y.M.C.A. by an inn-' ings and 5 runs. Walestbwn jindo 163 ami Y.M.C.A. 88 and -70. Dixon, 19. was, the only Y.M.C.A.- batsman to . reach, doublo figures in the second innings. The losers ' batted three men short in the second innings. Wellington B defeated St. : John's by four wickets. St. John's made 124 in'their second innings, Stratton 33, Elliffe, 15. Thomas 13. Hanify was the best of the Wellington bowlers, securing five wickots for 17. TheWeljington second innings realised 83 for sis wickets, Howe 22, no'; out, H.irris 16. and Thompson 11, not out.
