Tho auctioneers also say that tho drainage is perfect, and that thoro is a splendid supply of wator. Macdonald, Wilson and Co., instructed by the proprietors of the Eona Bay estate, will submit to auction on Friday, January 21, at 2.30 o'clock, at their Exchango Land Mart, nineteen sections situated at ltona Bay. These sections adjoin tho well-known vineries of Mr. Bartolo Russo, and the property of the Rev. Mr. Van Stavercn. .They occupy a slightly elevated position, commanding uninterrupted views of tho bay and tho harbour. The advertisement sets out tho many attractive features of this favourite seaside resort, and the sections arc such as should find ready sale.
