One hundred and thirty-one ox-Diima Deputies, eighty-seven belonging to tho Constitutional Democrats, will shortly bo triou at St. Petersburg.; .Tho editore and staffs of two St. Petersburg newspapers, numbering 100 altogether, have been arrested ,on suspicion of belonging to revolutionary organisations.
