OPERA HOUSE. The Opora House was well filled last night whon tlio Pollard Juvenilo Opora Company gave another performance of "Bluebell ill Fairyland." The porformanco will be repeated this evening, and a matinee will he given this afternoon. On Wednesday next "His Highness tho Bey," the' latest American musical comedy will bo produced.

THEATRE ROYAL. A strong programme is boing put forward by the duller Company at the Theatre Royal Every item on tho bill is an entertaining one, hut thore is none better worth a visit than tlio "turn" of Professor Davy's Marionettes. A number of changes will ho made in the programme to ho submitted to-night.

WONDERLAND. ' Uho numorous and varied attractions at Wonderland' drew a large number of people to Miramax yesterday afternoon and last night. It is announced that special attractions, will bo provided for to-night.

MISSIONS TO SEAMEN. Last night, at tho Mission to Seamen's Institute, tho weekly ambulance meeting took, place. Mr. Moore gave useful information m connection with ambulance work and health affairs. A competition relating: to poisoning 'was held, and won by sailors from ships in port. Mr. Geary presented an enjoyablo programme of music, tho following contributing items: Misses Dodds, Benge, Caroline, and Waters, and Master Caroline The Petone School concort was repeated last evening to a fairly largo audionco,' and tho. children, under Miss Slater, gavo the various items mentioned last. week, with great ' credit. Tho first item was "The Garland of Flowers." Mr. Evans recited' "Tim O'Hara's Wake"; Mr. Mason sang '-".Admiral .Broom "; Mr. House recited in a way. thut pleased tho boys well; Mrs. Sherwin. sang. "Simshino and' Rain".; Mr. Gray was also well received in his various itoms. Mr. M'Konzio, in thanking tho performors and the audionco, stated that over £20 had! been obtained by tho two concerts. Madame Abomah, tho famous giantess, will appear in "Wellington, for a short season only. Several thousands of people have soon this remarkable lady, who, unliko .other giantesses, talks with tho public, and is represented to bo a first-class singer. Sho has appeared before crowned hoads in all parts of the world, and is pronounced by medical nion to be tho. finest specimen of a giantess they havo ever seen. Prince Obracg, tho fire-eater, appears with Madame Abomah. This man distinguished himself as. a popular performer whilst touring the Commonwealth.

An enjoyable public social.was hold in tho Ranfurly] Hall, Petone, on Tuesday evening in connection with the Hope of Petone, 1.0. G.T. Bro. T. fownsend, C.T., presided. Items were contributed by Mrs., Harris, Misses G. Watkins, Battersby, B. Watkins, Denby, and M. M'Ewan, Messrs. Troile, Chamberlain, W. M'Ewan, Barnett, J. W. M'Ewan, and Robertson. A temperance address was. given by Mr. T. 'fownsend, urging all to help in creating a more healthy opinion on tho liquor quostion, especially in rotation to "shouting," and drinking amongst youths. During the evening refreshments wero handed round. Tho annual concert of Mrs. Mueller's pupils,' ail' event, that is always looked forward to by many with great interest, will take place-in the Wesley Hall, Taranaki Street, next Wednesday.
